Have you ever wondered what secrets lie hidden within seemingly ordinary buildings? Here at the Matsudo City Eastern Civic Center, a seemingly simple structure holds a wealth of stories. Matsudo City Eastern Civic Center is more than just a building. It’s a vibrant hub for the community, echoing with the laughter of children, the thoughtful discussions of adults, and the quiet hum of daily life. Located at 494-9 Takasago Shinmachi in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, this center serves as a vital resource. The Matsudo City Eastern Civic Center houses a variety of rooms for different needs. There’s a spacious hall that can accommodate up to 120 people. For smaller gatherings, there are two meeting rooms, one for 47 people and another for 30. Need a place for a workshop or class? The Nagashiki room and the cooking classroom offer comfortable spaces for 63 and 25 people respectively. And after a long day of meetings or activities, the tea room provides a relaxing space for up to 23 people. The center is open from 9 am to 9 pm, offering ample time for the community to make use of its facilities. However, it’s closed on the fourth Monday of each month unless that Monday falls on a national holiday. The center is also closed from December 29th to January 3rd. Getting here from Matsudo Station is quite convenient. Just take the Matsudo Shintoku bus to Kashiwagicho Danchi and it’s only a short walk from there. The Matsudo City Eastern Civic Center might appear unassuming from the outside, but its true value lies in the services it provides and the connections it fosters within the community. It’s a place where people come together to learn, share, and create, making it a true heart of this corner of Matsudo.
