The grand main gate, with its distinctive brickwork, was erected, marking a symbol of strength and authority. The gate, crafted in the Western Rengga style in 1920, stands as one of the few remaining brick structures in Matsudo, a testament to its architectural significance. Originally, the guardhouse beside the gate was wooden. However, it was later rebuilt with concrete, reflecting the changing times and construction methods.
