Originally it was built in 1941. Sanji Muto who directed various companies commissioned it. These included Daido Fire Insurance and Manchuria Heavy Industries Development. This residence offered Muto a place of prestige.

In 1953 a significant shift occurred. \u6771\u829d acquired the property. It became the \u6771\u829d\u4f1a\u9928. For years it served as a welcoming space for important guests. It hosted figures from political and business circles.

Before \u6771\u829d took over the estate belonged to a man named Fujiwara. Ito Yumi visited it once. She was a guest alongside notable figures. They enjoyed a traditional Kaiseki meal.

\u6771\u829d’s history extends far beyond this hall. Two giants Tanaka Hisashige and Fujio Ichisuke joined forces. This led to the creation of Tokyo Shibaura Electric. Their spirit of innovation continues to drive \u6771\u829d today.
