In 1996 a Nitobe Memorial Outpatient Clinic and Nursing Station was established. This further solidified its place as a central healthcare hub in the community. The hospital continues to adapt to changing healthcare needs. This includes major renovations in 2007 and 2017. New buildings and facilities continue to be added.
