Tin Shui Wai Methodist Primary School is located in Tin Shui Wai. It is in the Yuen Long District of Hong Kong. Established in 1999, the school’s history is relatively recent. The Methodist Church approved its application in 1998. It was part of a group of new school applications. But only this primary school was approved.
The school is a subsidised, whole-day primary school. It has a Christian background. Tin Shui Wai Methodist Primary School is run by the Hong Kong Council of the Methodist Church.
The campus has 30 classrooms. It also has various special rooms. The school covers 5,835 square meters. The building was part of the Tin Shui Wai Estate Phase 1 construction. The construction started in 1997. It finished in 1999.
Over the years, Tin Shui Wai Methodist Primary School has had notable leaders. Mr. Chan Sing Hing was the supervisor. He was also the vice-chairman of the school sponsoring body. Mr. So Hon Fai was the founding principal. Ms. Chung Kwan Ling took over as principal in 2024.

Tin Shui Wai Methodist Primary School joined a “one-dragon school” scheme in 2001. This linked it with Tin Shui Wai Methodist College. Arrangements took a year to finalize.
