LED lighting illuminates the atrium. The building has earned a CASBEE “S” rank, the highest evaluation for environmentally conscious design. This highlights Subaru’s dedication to sustainability. The building has implemented various eco-friendly measures. These include Low-E double-glazed glass and a heat-pump double-skin system.
Inside, the Ebisu Subaru Building is a dynamic ecosystem. Subaru occupies the upper floors. Various companies and event spaces fill the lower levels. You’ll find the EBiS303 event hall. It can hold an impressive 1,200 people. On the first floor sits the Tokyo Subaru Ebisu dealership and the Subaru Star Square showroom. The building’s entrance hall is a captivating space. A large atrium features a three-dimensional art installation. This artwork represents constellations, designed by artist Tatsuo Miyajima. Security guards and cameras maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
