Built in 1895 the Ajamy Mosque stands proudly. It was erected by Haj Yousef-Al-Manawi. The mosque is situated on the shrine of Sheikh Ibrahim-Al-Ajami. Sheikh Ibrahim was one of the Prophet Muhammad’s companions. Tradition holds he was buried at this very spot. The Ajamy Mosque in Tel Aviv isn’t just a place of worship.
