Hyde Park Village spans six city blocks. It merges architectural beauty with modern innovation. WS Development’s visionary management enhances the experience. Hyde Park Village was recognized as NAIOP Tampa’s “Best of the Best – Retail Project of the Year” twice.

Hyde Park Village boasts over 60 esteemed retailers. You can find local, regional, and national brands. Recent additions include Alice and Olivia and Veronica Beard. Established names like Zimmermann and Rag & Bone are also here. Barry’s, Anthropologie, Warby Parker, and Lululemon add to the variety. You will also find Sephora, Nike by Hyde Park Village, Madewell, Kendra Scott, and SuitSupply.

The dining scene is equally vibrant. On Swann has a Michelin rating. Ro is a contemporary sushi restaurant. These culinary highlights add to favorites like bartaco and Meat Market.

In 2023 Palihouse Hyde Park Village opened. This boutique hotel embodies the neighborhood’s spirit. It features a design-focused and community-oriented approach.

Hyde Park Village opened in 1985. It was conceived as an upscale open-air shopping center. Anchors included Jacobson’s and AMC Theatres. By the 1990s many national tenants arrived. These included Polo Ralph Lauren and Williams Sonoma. Restoration Hardware, The Sharper Image, Banana Republic, and The Gap followed.

However the mall began to suffer by the 2000s. The opening of International Plaza in 2001 crippled it. A Cobb Theatres CineBistro opened in late 2009. The center remained largely quiet. WS Development purchased it in 2013. They revealed redevelopment plans in 2014. Plans were submitted in early 2015. Phase 1 was finished by Spring 2016. Work on Phase 2 began in early 2017. “Block H” was the final block developed. Tenants including Meat Market and Station House opened in Summer 2019.

Hyde Park Village is more than a destination. It’s a community hub. It hosts a monthly Fresh Market. Numerous events bring the community together.

Hyde Park Village also offers many women’s clothing boutiques. Zadig & Voltaire is known for edgy Parisian chic. Kittenish brings Southern charm and modern style. Madewell offers quality denim and timeless staples. Zimmermann is synonymous with sophistication.
