The Saturday school provides Islamic studies, Arabic lessons, and Quranic teachings. The Hifz Academy blends Islamic education with a K-12 academic curriculum. Beyond its walls, the Islamic Society of Tampa Bay Area extends its hand to the wider community. The Food Pantry, established in 2000, provides essential supplies to those facing hardship. During Hurricane Irma, the Islamic Society of Tampa Bay Area transformed into a shelter. It opened its doors to everyone, regardless of faith. Even during the COVID-19 lockdown, the Islamic Society of Tampa Bay Area remained connected. They utilized social media, websites, and Zoom to maintain a sense of community.
