The Seminole Heights Branch Library has always been a community hub. It has served the Seminole Heights and Hampton Terrace communities. It enjoys a very active Friends of the Library group. This group works closely with the Old Seminole Heights Neighborhood Association. They help make the library a vital part of the neighborhood.

The library wasn’t always at its present location. It moved to its current spot on Central and Osborne Avenues in 1965. The library is near Hillsborough High School and Memorial Middle School. This new Seminole Heights Branch Library opened in 2014.

There are also meeting spaces and a wonderful children’s library. The library provides a wide range of services. There’s free Wi-Fi internet access. It even offers Adobe Creative Cloud software. You can use the photocopiers fax machines and vending machines. The 24/7 book drop is a very handy feature.

The Seminole Heights Branch Library boasts a unique collection. It contains a Historic Homes Collection. This is a great resource for anyone restoring or preserving historic homes in the area. The library is more than books and computers. It is a vital part of this community. It is a place where people connect and learn. The library’s history is rich and its future is bright.
