Here stands Belgravia Place a testament to modern Hong Kong living. This residential project in Cheung Sha Wan has captured the attention of many. But what makes Belgravia Place so special?
Belgravia Place is developed by Henderson Land Development. In early 2025, it became a sensation in the property market. The launch of its first round of sales was a major event. It occurred shortly after the government removed all property curbs.
The response was overwhelming. All 138 units available in the first round were sold within four hours. Hundreds of prospective homebuyers rushed to the sales office. They gathered at Mira Place in Tsim Sha Tsui. The doors opened at 10 am and buyers jostled for a chance to secure a flat.
Belgravia Place attracted significant interest. There were 4,400 expressions of interest. This meant more than 30 buyers competed for each available unit. One buyer even purchased four units for HK$25.8 million. That is equivalent to US$3.3 million.
Phase 1 of Belgravia Place offers a variety of units. Sizes range from 177 to 756 square feet. The designs include studios, three-bedroom apartments, and special units. There are 714 units in total across two towers. Tower 1A and Tower 1B both have 28 storeys. Floors 4, 13, 14, and 24 are omitted.
Prices vary depending on the unit. The lowest price unit available was a 264-square-foot flat selling for $4.245 million. The highest price unit was a 269-square-foot flat costing $5.044 million.
The management of Belgravia Place is handled by H-Privilege Limited. Completion of the project is estimated to be around 2025. Belgravia Place stands as a symbol of Hong Kong’s dynamic property market. Its rapid sales and high demand reflect the city’s vibrant economy. It exemplifies modern urban living in Cheung Sha Wan.
