Rolf Gutbier’s architectural vision materializes before us at Jägerstraße 58. It is not just a building. It is a statement from 1971. Once the Staaliche Verwaltungsschule, it now houses part of the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Stuttgart.
Gutbier’s design includes Jägerstraße 56. Together they create a northern boundary to the hillside. The terraced plaza echoes the building’s architectural language. It merges seamlessly with the Hörsaalgebäude. The structure rises as a terraced landscape. It follows the south-facing slope.
