Historically, K\u0159\u00ed\u017ekov\u00fd \u00dajezdec has seen administrative changes. In 1850, it was part of the Prague region and the J\u00edlov\u00e9 political and judicial district. By 1884, it fell under the Kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 Vinohrady political district and the J\u00edlov\u00e9 judicial district. These shifts reflect the changing administrative landscape of the Czech lands.

In 1932, K\u0159\u00ed\u017ekov\u00fd \u00dajezdec had 179 residents. The village buzzed with activity. There were two inns, a blacksmith and a tailor. You could find a shoemaker, a farmer and a butcher. A general store served the community. The savings and loan association and a tobacconist also played their parts.

Today, K\u0159\u00ed\u017ekov\u00fd \u00dajezdec is experiencing new development. The Domy K\u0159\u00ed\u017ekov\u00fd \u00dajezdec project features six family houses. These homes have modern architectural designs. Each house includes five rooms and a kitchen. The houses cover 163 square meters. The land around each house is about 460 square meters. Each home has covered parking for two cars and a lockable storage room. These houses are energy efficient, boasting category A ratings. They use heat pumps and have underfloor heating. There are preparations for installing photovoltaics. An electric gate secures the property.
