The hall opened its doors on September 20, 2002. Nihon Sekkei, Inc. also contributed to its design and supervision. Meguro Persimmon Hall is open almost every day. It only closes from December 29th to January 3rd. There is also one day for annual maintenance. Otherwise, it welcomes visitors from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Meguro Persimmon Hall also has a rehearsal room. It also features three practice rooms. A conference room is available for meetings. Even a nursery room exists for families. The Meguro Foundation of Art and Culture manages the hall. This ensures a high standard for all events.
