Parque Palmas do Tremembé is a district in northern São Paulo. It began to develop in the 1960s. Today it is one of the city’s most upscale areas.

Parque Palmas do Tremembé stands apart. It neighbors districts that are more common. Vila Nova Mazzei, Jardim Leonor Mendes de Barros, and Tucuruvi are nearby. These areas have lower prices. The first lots sold here were to residents of those neighborhoods. They wanted to build better homes.
The price per square meter here is lower than in other upscale areas. Casa Verde and Santana are more expensive. Yet, Parque Palmas do Tremembé has high potential for growth.
Parque Palmas do Tremembé has many green spaces. The Alberto Löfgren State Park is nearby. Also close is the Serra da Cantareira. The Sena Park is right here.
The Sena Park covers 22,000 square meters. It has trails and exercise areas. It is a place for environmental study. The park has a diverse array of plants. Twenty-one bird species have been recorded here.
The neighborhood’s history is interesting. The land once belonged to the Vicente de Azevedo family. Their farm bordered the Tremembé stream. In the early 20th century, the family divided the land into lots. Italian immigrants settled here early on. They added to the area’s character.
The Acadêmicos do Tucuruvi samba school was founded in the 1970s. This brought samba circles to the area. They started under canvas coverings. Street food vendors added to the lively atmosphere. Parque Palmas do Tremembé became a place for recreation.
Despite being in a big city, this area feels green. Besides Sena Park, other green areas are close. The Alberto Löfgren State Park and the Lions Club Park of Tucuruvi add to the appeal.
The location is strategic. It is close to valued areas. Still, real estate prices remain relatively low. This makes it a promising investment.
Buses provide access to the neighborhood. You can use lines like 1722-10 and 172k-10. The metro’s Line 1 is also an option.
