We are standing before Holy Family School, a cherished institution in the Porirua East community. Established in 1960 by the Brigidine Sisters, Holy Family School was built to serve the local Catholic community of the Holy Family Parish. The school sits right beside the Parish Church on Mungavin Avenue. What makes Holy Family School truly special is its commitment to the diverse cultural tapestry of its students. With a student body representing a rich mix of Samoan, Maori, Tokelauan, Cook Island, Tongan, Kiribati, Burmese, Niue, and Latin American heritages, the school embraces multiculturalism as a strength.
