Tin Fu Court is located in Tin Shui Wai. Specifically, it’s at 15 Tin Sau Road in the New Territories. You’ll find it near Tin Yan Estate and Tin Yuet Estate. The Light Rail Tin Fu stop is close by too. Tin Sau Road Park is another landmark in the area.

This court has 16 residential blocks. These were completed in 2001 and 2007. So, it is a pretty established community.

Back in 1999, Block J had a problem. The piles were shorter than they should have been. Some were up to seven meters too short. Foundation work was done to fix it. The block was then resold in 2007.

Tin Fu Court offers a green environment. The Hong Kong Wetland Park and Tin Shui Wai Park are nearby. Residents can easily enjoy these spaces. The Wetland Park shows off Hong Kong’s wetland ecosystem. Tin Shui Wai Park has sports facilities and swimming pools.

Transportation is very convenient. Tin Fu LRT Station is next to Tin Fu Court. Residents can use the West Rail line via Tin Shui Wai MTR Station. This makes it easy to get to other parts of the city. Several bus lines also connect to the urban area. The Shenzhen Bay Bridge provides access to Mainland China.

If you are driving, Tin Fu Court has a car park. There are 734 parking spaces for cars. There are also 71 spaces for motorcycles. So, parking is generally not a problem here.

Each Concord block has 41 storeys. The units have two or three bedrooms. The three-bedroom units even have a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

According to a 2016 census, Tin Fu Court had nearly 15000 residents. The median age was about 41 years old. Most residents were of Chinese ethnicity. The average household size was three people.

Tin Fu Court falls within the Fu Yan constituency. This is part of the Yuen Long District Council. The area was previously represented by Kwan Chun-sang. He was elected in 2019.
