The first lookout you’ll encounter on this trail is Juliet’s Balcony. Climb up the small staircase that leads to the rocky platform. You’ll have perfect views of Katoomba Falls from top to bottom. For another angle of the falls, you will come across is the Rainforest Lookout at the bottom of the falls.
The Scenic World Skyway travels across the gorge. It provides unique views of the Katoomba Falls. A tourist park is located near the head of the waterfall on Scenic Drive. It has unpowered and powered camp sites and cabins.
Some say that of the many waterfalls in the Blue Mountains National Park, Katoomba Falls might just be the most impressive. It’s really a truly spectacular view. A trail leads to the base of the first drop.
The Katoomba Falls is accessible by the Blue Mountains Explorer Bus. Once you get there, you can view the falls from numerous different vantage points. Explore around the area for your favorite vantage point. A trail on the left side of the falls is really fun. You pass by an interesting, but much smaller, second waterfall.
