The Kwai Hing Estate you see today was rebuilt between 1991 and 1992. It now comprises 4 buildings. Kwai Hing Estate joined the Tenants Purchase Scheme in 2002. Now, an Owners’ Corporation manages it.
Consider this: Kwai Hing Estate is conveniently located. Kwai Hing Station is named after it. Public transport is readily accessible. The MTR station is only about a 3-minute walk away.
