The school has adapted and evolved throughout the years. In 1969, the Lerchenrainschule took a bold step, becoming a full-day school. This marked a significant shift in its approach to education. In 2002, it earned the prestigious title of “Elite School of Sports,” a testament to its dedication to athletic pursuits. The year 2009 marked another milestone. The Lerchenrainschule introduced a full-day program for its primary school students. A decade later, in 2019, it celebrated 10 years of this successful program. In 2020, the Lerchenrainschule transitioned into a purely primary school, focusing its resources on the foundation of education. Just two years later, in 2022, the school launched the Music-Focused Primary School program, adding another layer to its rich educational tapestry.
