This impressive structure isn’t just a building. It’s a testament to learning and collaboration. Named after the former UWS Chancellor John Phillips. The library opened its doors in April 2015. It’s a fitting tribute to a man who dedicated his life to education. He served as Chancellor from 2001 to 2010. Sadly he passed away in November 2014.
