Ko Chun Court sits at 23 Ko Chiu Road. It is in Kowloon’s Yau Tong district. The Housing Authority developed it. The occupation date began in July 1995.
But first, let’s rewind a bit. Before Ko Chun Court stood here, there was Ko Chiu Road Estate. The British Hong Kong Government announced it in 1964. It was initially named Yau Tong Bay Government Low Cost Estate. Later, it was renamed Ko Chiu Road Government Low Cost Estate. From 1971 to 1973, eleven blocks were built. In 1973, it officially became Ko Chiu Road Estate.
The 1990s brought big changes. The estate began redevelopment. The plan was divided into five phases. Ko Yee Estate was phase one. Ko Chun Court became phase two. Ko Cheung Court was phase three.
Now, back to Ko Chun Court. It has five buildings. They house 1,616 residential units. These range from studios to two-bedroom apartments. Sizes vary from 424 to 729 square feet.

The Housing Authority is the vendor. The term extends until June 30, 2047.
