Originally constructed in 1954 the building saw expansions in 1962 and 1971. In 1983 it received its current name honoring Adele Hagner Stamp. Inside you’ll discover a microcosm of campus life. Nearly every student organization has a presence here. Need a textbook? The University Book Center is here. Want a quick bite? The food court boasts Chick-fil-A Panda Express and more. Craving something organic? Sadly the Maryland Food Collective closed in 2019. But their legacy remains. They promoted sustainable practices.
Beyond food and books there is the Hoff Theater a 550-seat cinema. The TerpZone offers bowling billiards and arcade games.
