Alderland Centre opened in 2013. It’s a vibrant hub of activity. It boasts two two-storey retail buildings. There’s also a five-storey office tower. The Alderland Group Inc developed and manages this impressive complex. Turner Fleischer Architects Inc designed it.

This isn’t your typical strip mall. Alderland Centre has a sophisticated design. The buildings are clad in glass. They also feature EIFS and metal panels. It’s more than just shopping though. Alderland Centre incorporates green building features. These include a green roof. They also used native planting. Rainwater holding tanks are another detail. Energy conserving systems complete the eco-friendly design.

Imagine enjoying a meal at one of the many restaurants. Alderland Centre has 14,000 square feet of restaurant space. You can grab a bite at Dayali Restaurant or Dragon Dynasty Group Restaurant. After you’ve eaten perhaps you’d like to browse the 40 retail units. There are 40,000 square feet of retail space. You can find everything from a dental clinic to a hair salon. Even a health care centre and a spa are present. The office space is extensive as well totaling 35,000 square feet.

Getting here is easy. Alderland Centre is easily accessible. You can reach it by YRT Viva or TTC. Simply take a short walk from Warden Avenue and Gibson Drive. Parking is convenient too. There are 350 parking spaces. These include both surface and underground options.
