This involved constructing new facilities like a one-story ancillary building, a lift tower, staircases, and a 60-meter footbridge. The project also focused on community recreation. A 7-a-side soccer pitch, basketball courts, tennis courts, and a passive recreation area with lawns were all part of the plan.
