Let’s step inside. This complex offers many facilities. There is a main arena and a sub arena. You will also find table tennis rooms. There are rooms for light exercise and dance. Even a special room for toddlers exists. Martial arts enthusiasts will appreciate the judo and kendo halls. Archery fans can try their hand at the Japanese archery range. For those focused on fitness a training room and physical fitness test room are available. A running path completes the picture.
The Musashino General Gymnasium isn’t just for individual workouts. It is deeply involved in community sports. Local schools use the gymnasium for physical education classes. School sports clubs practice here. Various sports classes take place. The gymnasium hosts citizen-participation events.

Before you leave note the operation hours. The gymnasium is open from 9 am to 9:30 pm. Remember that junior high school students and younger need an adult. This is required after 6 pm. Also the gymnasium closes on the 15th of each month. It also closes from December 28 to January 3.
