In 1990, a few dedicated brothers sought a place. Allen Cross and others found a building on N. 50th Street. They saved enough money for a down payment. Moment, Thomas Turner, Walker, and Burns signed off on the purchase. This marked a new chapter for the congregation. They named it Northside Church of Christ.
The early years saw challenges. The congregation numbered only about 10 to 13 families. Yet, their faith remained strong. In 1994, Eric Doss became the minister. He served Northside Church of Christ for approximately 13 years. His leadership helped to guide the church through growth and change.
Today, Luis R. Lugo and Arthur K. Taylor continue the mission. They preach and teach the gospel. They share the message of Jesus Christ. Northside Church of Christ welcomes all. They encourage those seeking to understand Christianity. Their aim is to connect and uplift. They invite others to join their Christian journey.
