Rising high above us, can you feel the sheer presence of the Azrieli Sarona Tower?

The Azrieli Sarona Tower stands as a modern icon in the Sarona neighborhood of Tel Aviv. It is not just a building. It is a testament to architectural ambition and engineering prowess.

Construction started in 2013. The Azrieli Sarona Tower was completed in 2017. It quickly became a landmark.

At a height of 238.5 meters or 782 feet, the Azrieli Sarona Tower was the tallest building in Israel upon completion. It has 61 floors. The building is a mix of offices, commercial spaces, and a hotel.

The Azrieli Group acquired the land in May 2011 for ILS 522 million. Originally, the plan was for a 180-meter-high office building. The Azrieli Group then sought permission to increase the commercial space. An agreement was reached to designate 500 parking spots for public use. This ensured affordable parking for Tel Aviv residents.

The Azrieli Sarona Tower includes a seven-story underground garage with 1,600 parking spots. The commercial center occupies the first three floors. There are plans for a hotel on floors 33 to 37.

The cornerstone was placed by David Azrieli on March 12, 2012. By June 2016, 60% of the tower was already leased. The Azrieli Sarona Tower uses an all-concrete design. It also has a LEED Gold certification for its sustainable features.

The Azrieli Sarona Tower is not just about height. It’s also about design. It was designed by Moshe Tzur Architects and Town Planners.

The Azrieli Sarona Tower has a “twisted” design. This makes it unique in the Tel Aviv skyline.

The Azrieli Sarona Tower symbolizes Tel Aviv’s modern spirit and ambition. As we conclude our visit, remember the Azrieli Sarona Tower. It stands as a beacon of innovation.
