Pastor Andy’s vision started small. The Joyful House Church’s first service was held in a Holiday Inn Express. That was August 11 2013. It was a humble beginning for what would become a vibrant community.
Joyful House Church isn’t just a building. It’s a testament to Pastor Abner “Andy” Baez’s faith. His passion is clear. He wants people to know God find freedom and discover their purpose. He wants them to make a difference.
The church’s beliefs are deeply rooted in the Bible. They emphasize community. Small groups connect people helping them grow together in faith. The church also has a growth track. It helps members find their purpose and live the life God intended for them.
More than just Sunday services Joyful House Church offers various ministries. These ministries support the community and help people grow spiritually. The church is affiliated with the Defenders of the Christian Faith Movement. This is an international organization that champions the Christian faith.
Pastor Andy is not only the church’s leader but also a music teacher. He uses his musical talents to educate church leaders. He teaches them about the importance of music in worship. Andy and his wife Mariam have two children. They live in Gaithersburg Maryland.
Today Joyful House Church thrives. It’s a place where people find joy. It is a place where they grow in their faith. They learn to make a difference in the world. It’s a church built on faith community and the unwavering belief in God’s plan. It’s more than a building it’s a living testament to God’s love. A love that Pastor Andy so clearly embodies and shares with everyone who walks through its doors. Join us at Joyful House Church and experience the joy for yourself.
