Kin Sang Estate sits near the Light Rail Kin Sang stop. Ching Chung Koon and Castle Peak Hospital are also nearby. The estate has four residential buildings. They were completed in 1989. In 1998, some flats were sold under the Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 1.
Siu Hin Court is near Kin Sang Estate. It is a Home Ownership Scheme court. Siu Hin Court has two blocks. They were built in 1991. These blocks were planned for rental housing at Kin Sang Estate. But they became HOS flats to be sold.
Hong Sang House, Lok Sang House, Tai Sang House, and Yue Sang House make up Kin Sang Estate. Shun Sang House and Yat Sang House form Siu Hin Court.
In 2016, Kin Sang Estate had 7,876 residents. Siu Hin Court had 2,928 residents. Together, the population was 10,804.
Kin Sang Estate and Siu Hin Court are in the Kin Sang constituency. This is part of the Tuen Mun District Council. Law Pei-lee represented it until July 2021. She was elected in 2019.
Kin Sang Estate is in Primary One Admission School Net 70. Tuen Mun Government Primary School is in this net. It is an aided school.
