Established in 1996 River Hill High School stands proudly. It’s part of the Howard County Public School System. This impressive institution has earned many accolades. In 2007 River Hill received a National Blue Ribbon School nomination. BusinessWeek recognized its excellent academic performance in 2008. The school also earned a silver medal from US News & World Report in 2009. This wasn’t just for academics. River Hill’s Alliance Rocket team even won a space robotics competition.
