This stunning Byzantine-style building, originally designed by Theophile Schaerer in 1914, became a spiritual home. The Pentecostal Revelation Church of God has numerous branches across Southern Africa. It even has a branch as far afield as Ireland, demonstrating its expanding reach. The Pentecostal Revelation Church of God advocates for a return to African spiritual roots. This is central to their belief system. The organization even changed its name to The Revelation Spiritual Home. They traded “churches” and “bishops” for “homes” and “leaders” to further emphasize this distinction.
