There is a main hall, squash courts, table tennis rooms. You can also find a fitness room and an activity or dance room. The main hall is versatile. It can transform into two basketball or volleyball courts. Alternatively, it becomes eight badminton courts.

Yuen Wo Road Sports Centre operates from 7 am to 11 pm daily. Note that maintenance occurs on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month from 7 am to 1 pm. If a maintenance day falls on a public holiday, it shifts to the next working day.
