Imagine a riverside walkway an ecology garden and even a birdwatching point. This facility will be more than just functional. It will become a green environmental campus. Recycled materials are used in construction. Over 40% of the plant will be green spaces.
Shek Wu Hui is also a pioneer in technology. It’s one of the first government projects to use blockchain technology. This enhances the transparency and efficiency of the construction process.
