Sheung Chui Court

Nestled in Tsuen Wan, Sheung Chui Court whispers tales of transformation. Once the site of the Tai Wo Hau Factory Estate, this area buzzed with industry. The low-rise factory buildings hummed with activity until their demolition in 2010. The land then became a commercial carpark, a temporary pause before its rebirth. In 2013, the foundation for Sheung Chui Court was laid, marking a new chapter. Sheung Chui Court emerged as the first and only Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) court in Tsuen Wan District. Completed in 2017, Sheung Chui Court stands tall with its three blocks: Chui Wu House (Block A) with 31 storeys, Chui Ho House (Block B) with 36 storeys, and Chui Ting House (Block C) with 40 storeys. These buildings house a total of 962 units, offering homes to many. Within the court, an elderly day care centre provides support and community for senior residents. Sheung Chui Court also boasts amenities such as a children’s playground, a relaxing garden, and a rooftop terrace. This space provides a welcome respite from the urban bustle.
