In 1973 a small group met in a building called the Inn of Happiness. This was the humble beginning of Mississauga City Baptist Church. They had a dream a vision for a church in the growing city of Mississauga. Mississauga City Baptist Church was born from this dream. The church’s mission is to unleash the power of Jesus in people’s lives. It’s a place where everyone is welcome regardless of background. Over seventy nations are represented in its congregation. The 11 am service includes a children’s program called Promiseland. It’s designed for children in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 5.
