Elder Emerson L Brockington Sr led the church’s early years. He was later consecrated Bishop of the Holy Churches of Deliverance in 1987. He oversaw churches across several states. His leadership expanded the church’s auxiliary programs. The church served the community’s evolving needs. The church remains deeply connected to the Holy Churches of Deliverance. This organization was founded in 1942 in Hampton Virginia by Bishop PB Gray. It began in members’ homes. The church’s current location provides ample space. It houses a thriving congregation.
