Adon Jeschua, meaning “The Lord is Salvation,” welcomes you. This Messianic Jewish community embraces Jesus as the Messiah while honoring Jewish traditions and teachings. The community calls Stuttgart home, gathering at 69 Mainstrasse in Stuttgart-Münster. Their story began in 1993. A small group of Jewish believers in Jesus started meeting within a larger evangelical community in Stuttgart-Feuerbach. They later joined with Russian-speaking German Christians. Together, they formed a Bible study group in Korntal. As their faith deepened, a desire grew to share their beliefs with the wider Jewish community. The small group evolved, holding regular services in Russian. They continued their weekly Bible studies, sharing their experiences and deepening their understanding. In 2000, a significant step was taken. Adon Jeschua rented a building to hold weekly Messianic Jewish services. This provided a place for Jewish people to hear the message of Jesus. The official “Adon Jeschua” community was born. Relocation became necessary in 2008, and they found a temporary home with the Volksmission in Zuffenhausen. Regular German translations were introduced, allowing German speakers to actively participate in services. The year 2014 marked a significant milestone. Prayers were answered with the blessing of their own building. This space allowed for expansion. It also provided a place for weekday activities, along with a variety of cultural events. At Adon Jeschua, the congregation isn’t just a group. It’s a family, sharing time, support, and care for one another beyond the services. They gather on Friday evenings in smaller groups to celebrate Shabbat, study scripture, and learn together. Preserving Jewish heritage is also at the heart of Adon Jeschua. Traditional festivals, rituals, and customs are honored. Services incorporate songs in Hebrew, Russian, and German. A dance group adds another layer of cultural expression. Adon Jeschua actively builds relationships with other Messianic Jewish and Christian congregations. Their unique service style, rich in Jewish tradition, sets them apart. Their deep connection to the Jewish roots of their faith influences their way of life. They also affirm the continued importance of Israel in God’s plan.
