Jiří Příhoda created Vista Mars in 2019. He named his work “Vista Mars” or “A View of Mars”. It’s a dominant feature of this modern space.
The Vista Mars Installation reflects its surroundings. The shiny stainless steel mirrors nearby buildings. It also reflects visitors. These reflections become part of the artwork itself.
Every 360 seconds, the installation turns. A large LED screen displays a 360-degree video. This video shows real Martian landscapes. NASA provided the data for this projection.
