Opened in 1996, Hammer Hill Road Swimming Pool quickly became a beloved spot, especially for families. Imagine colorful fountains shaped like trees and pavilions, spraying playful jets of water. Out in the sunshine, kids can zoom down waterslides, conquer a climbing frame with a twirly slide, or engage in a friendly water blaster battle with a floating sea serpent. Inside, Hammer Hill Road Swimming Pool boasts a unique indoor leisure pool, complete with its own climbing frame, slides, and the pièce de résistance: a pirate ship, armed with water cannons! Little ones can safely splash around, as the water depth ranges from a mere ten centimeters to a manageable sixty centimeters. Hammer Hill Road Swimming Pool thoughtfully provides clean and spacious changing rooms with plenty of benches, lockers, and private cubicles. Even the shower cubicles offer a dry area to keep belongings safe. While Hammer Hill Road Swimming Pool may not be ideal for serious swimmers due to its smaller indoor training pool, it’s perfect for families seeking a day of fun. Interestingly, during the winter months, only the indoor pools at Hammer Hill Road Swimming Pool remain open, but be warned: it can get a bit chilly!
