The college is named after entrepreneur Lee Woo Sing.

Within the Catering Centre, you’ll find the WS Pavilion food hall, The Harmony Shanghainese Restaurant, and Café Tolo.

Lee Woo Sing College even has its own anthem, “Ode to Harmony”. The music was composed by renowned musician Jin Peida. It is currently the longest among all the college anthems at CUHK. The anthem reflects the college’s motto: “Wisdom, Humanity, Integrity, Harmony”. This motto permeates every aspect of college life, from academics to extracurricular activities. Lee Woo Sing College represents a blend of tradition and modern education, promoting personal growth and societal contribution.
