Ready to discover a story of faith and community? Woodcreek Church began with a simple desire. It started with neighbors sharing their faith.

The journey of Woodcreek Church began in a local neighborhood. A small group of Christians wanted their neighbors to know Christ. They shared personal stories at parties. These gatherings grew into Bible studies. New believers shared their faith. The fellowship expanded quickly.

From 1974 to 1976, many joined Fellowship Bible Church. More than sixty neighbors attended. They all lived within eight blocks. Plans formed to create a branch church. This led to Richland Bible Fellowship Church in 1976.

For three years, the church met at Yale Elementary School. Later, they acquired the Richardson Racquet Club. Some initial gatherings had been held here. The club became the church’s new home. In 1993, they transitioned to a new Worship Center. This showed God’s grace at work. The Cornerstone project created a new education building in 2001. This signified growth and commitment.

As membership grew, elders sought a new location. This shift marked a new chapter. The church also changed its name.

In May 2008, Woodcreek Church opened on Renner Road. It was a highly visible location. Woodcreek remained steadfast in its calling. They wanted to impact their community. Their goal was to guide people to become devoted followers of Jesus.
