Here at the Wood Green Spiritualist Church we delve into its history. This church is more than just a building. It is a testament to faith and community.

Picture Mrs. Ida Stenning in 1953. She opened her home for spiritual teachings. She dedicated her life to spreading the philosophy of Spiritualism. Her work provided healing and proof of eternal spirit. The original Wood Green Spiritualist Church was born.

Today the Wood Green Spiritualist Church continues her legacy. The church stands as a beacon. It shines brightly thanks to Mrs. Stenning’s devotion. Her son Basil Stenning continued her work until he passed away in August 2022.

Jason the current Church President formed the Wood Green Community Spiritualist Church. Ava, Pam, Sheila, Lisa, Mary, and Tony are committee members. Together they continue Mrs. Stenning’s mission.

The Wood Green Spiritualist Church services occur twice a month. Services are on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays. The time is 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

The Langham Club hosts the Wood Green Spiritualist Church. Find it at 600 Green Lanes Harringay Ladder London N8 0RY. It is at the rear of the club.

The Silver Cord Healing Service is coming soon. The Silver Cord Healers’ Association has kindly donated to the church.

Sundays feature a Divine Service at 6:30 PM. Wednesdays offer Mediumship Demonstrations at 7:30 PM. Healing sessions also take place Tuesdays at 7:30 PM.

Jason has written spiritually inspired words in “Inspired Thoughts”. Volumes 1 2 and 3 are available on Amazon. They offer uplifting reflections.
