Standing here before West Twyford Primary School, you might not guess its history. It has been teaching young minds in Park Royal, London for decades. The current building was built in 1967. Before that, there were two schools, one built in 1942 and another opened in 1937, both with a different location. But the West Twyford Primary School has always played a vital part in the community. The school was named after the land which it sits on, namely West Twyford. West Twyford was a large manor, but it was demolished in the 19th century. Imagine children playing in the schoolyard, enjoying the green grass, and vibrant flowers. Today, West Twyford Primary School is a vibrant school, welcoming children from all backgrounds. It offers a welcoming, stimulating environment for everyone to learn. The school is proud to offer a wide range of activities and opportunities.
