Walter Storms Galerie quickly gained recognition. It championed Eastern European artists. Roman Opalka and Stanislav Kolibal were among the first represented by the gallery in Germany. The gallery even supervised their participation in Documenta and Biennales. Most recently, it was involved in the Venice Biennale 2019.
