Tucked away in the 15th arrondissement, Villa Violet stands as a testament to Parisian charm. This quaint street offers a glimpse into the city’s past. The story of Villa Violet is intertwined with the vision of one man. Léonard Violet was a municipal councilor of the former Vaugirard commune. He was also a real estate entrepreneur.

Imagine Léonard Violet. He acquired land and divided it into lots between 1824 and 1829. This area stretched south of the present-day Boulevard de Grenelle. It extended between Rue de la Croix-Nivert and the Seine. Villa Violet, like Rue Violet, owes its name to this visionary.

Villa Violet began its existence in 1914. It was later closed to public traffic. The villa is a short street. It is only about 50 meters long. It starts at 80 Rue des Entrepreneurs. It ends as a dead end.

If you look closely at the end of this cul-de-sac, you will discover an old shared well. Sadly, it’s dry now. While you are near the well, take a look to your right. The building is a facade. Firefighters use it for training.

Today, Villa Violet provides a calm and welcoming space. It is near the Eiffel Tower. It is ideal for small professional events and meetings. Anne Dassac created Villa Violet in 2007. Her goal was to meet the needs of companies. They wanted meeting places with a different atmosphere.

Villa Violet has four distinct spaces. L’Atelier sur cour accommodates 50 people. It exudes a warm ambiance. The Salon and Lounge have a refined decor for 12 people. Le Bureau des fleurs offers a studious setting, also for 12. La Suite embodies Parisian charm and accommodates six people.

Villa Violet can host a variety of corporate events. These range from cocktail parties to seminars. The venue can be privatized. This ensures successful company events. These include committee meetings and product launches.

Quality services accompany each event. Plasma screens, personalized invitations and welcoming staff are available. Customizable quotes are offered for catering, entertainment and decorations. These decorations can be floral or themed. Villa Violet remains a unique and discreet location in Paris. It is a place where history and modern functionality meet.
