This building is the southernmost of the two red brick buildings. They are a few blocks northwest of the main medical center.

Do you know how to get here? If you’re driving from Interstate 5, take the 45th Street exit heading east. Then, turn right onto Roosevelt Way NE. Continue two blocks. The 4245 Roosevelt Way NE building will be there. The 4225 Roosevelt Way NE building which is the UWMC Roosevelt I, is the next building down on the right-hand side of the street.

Coming from Interstate 405? Take Exit 14 for Seattle via State Route 520 heading west. Merge onto Interstate 5 northbound. Take the 45th Street exit eastbound. Turn right onto Roosevelt Way NE. Continue two blocks to find UWMC Roosevelt I.

Need to use public transport? Metro bus routes 66, 67, 79 and 355 serve this location. Routes 66, 67, and 79 run north and southbound. Route 355 runs southbound only.

Both UWMC Roosevelt I and its sister building offer convenient underground parking. Payment options include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Please note cash is not accepted. Disability parking is available in both building garages. There are also designated disability spaces on the west side of the building. This is for larger vehicles that cannot be accommodated in the garage.

The Community Clinics at UW Medical Center-Roosevelt Clinic at 4245 Roosevelt Way Northeast provide general medical care for families and individuals. They accept Apple Health Medicaid. They offer reduced rates for the uninsured. Call for details on specific services. These clinics operate Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. On Thursdays they open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
