UAM Cuajimalpa offers a range of degrees. These include Communication Sciences Design and Technologies and Information Systems. You can also study Biological Engineering Molecular Biology and Applied Mathematics here. Computer Engineering Management Law Humanistic Studies and Socio-territorial Studies are offered too.

Meet Oncahui UAM Cuajimalpa’s mascot. Oncahui is a black panther. The name blends Onca meaning jaguar with C\u00c1UHUITL meaning time. Gabriel Guti\u00e9rrez a Socio-territorial Studies student conceived this symbolic figure.

Admission to UAM Cuajimalpa varies by degree. Some programs like Administration and Molecular Biology have two intakes per year. Others such as Law and Communication Sciences have only one intake in the autumn.
Several rectors have guided UAM Cuajimalpa. Dr. Magdalena Fres\u00e1n Orozco was the founding rector. She led the university for its first four years. Dr. Arturo Rojo Dom\u00ednguez Dr. Abel Castro Pe\u00f1alosa and Dr. Rodolfo Ren\u00e9 Su\u00e1rez Molnar Castro followed. Currently Mtro. Octavio Mercado Gonz\u00e1lez serves as rector until 2025.
