In 1976, a sleek, modern structure pierced the Parisian skyline. This is the story of Tour Espace 2000. Tour Espace 2000 stands tall in the Front de Seine district of Paris’s 15th arrondissement. The architects, Jérôme Delaage and Fernand Tsaropoulos, designed this residential skyscraper as part of a larger urban renewal project along the Seine River. Tour Espace 2000 reaches a height of 98 meters, boasting 31 floors and three elevators. The building’s facade, a warm shade of grayish-brown, stands in contrast to the surrounding glass and steel structures. While primarily residential, Tour Espace 2000 contributes to the vibrant mix of architectural styles in this dynamic neighborhood. It serves as a reminder of the innovative spirit that shaped modern Paris.
