I blinked, momentarily disoriented by the sheer scale of Torre 3 Universidad Anáhuac. “The library spans six floors,” the kindly security guard continued, a smile crinkling the corners of his eyes. “Quite a collection we have.” And so began my exploration of this academic heart of Universidad Anáhuac. Torre 3 isn’t just a building. It’s a testament to the university’s commitment to learning and growth. The Universidad Anáhuac México North Campus, a sprawling 220,000 square meters, houses this impressive tower. The library, occupying six floors of Torre 3, stands as a beacon of knowledge within this vast campus. Established in 1964, the university began humbly in a house with only 48 students. From those modest beginnings, it blossomed into a prestigious institution, with Torre 3 as a symbol of its progress. The library itself houses an extensive collection. It caters to a wide range of disciplines, reflecting the university’s diverse academic offerings. While exploring the lower floors, I stumbled upon a hidden gem. The Architecture and Design library, tucked away on the ground floor of the CAD building, offers a specialized collection. The university’s motto, “Vince in Bono Malum” – “Defeat evil with good” – resonates within these walls. It’s a reminder of the university’s commitment not just to academic excellence, but to fostering values and positive action. As I reached the top floor of the library, gazing out at the panoramic view of Mexico City, I couldn’t help but feel inspired. Torre 3 Universidad Anáhuac isn’t just a library.
